How do I buy from
  1. Browse our extensive range of products.

  2. Select the colour/size/type and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button

  3. Once you have finalised your selection you can ‘View your Cart’ (top right next to 'Search')

  4. Make sure your order is 100%, you can increase quantity here and then click 'Proceed to checkout'

  5. Fill in your personal contact and delivery details.

  6. Click 'Continue to next step'

  7. Select your shipping method and your payment option: You can make Instant EFT payments, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque Card, Mobicred, Bitcoin via PayFast.

  8. Click ‘Complete my purchase” and follow the appropriate payment prompts.

  9. Your order will be hand delivered via our courier company to your door or to your nearest Post Office- View delivery information for delivery times. We deliver in South Africa for free on all orders, no minimum spend! For very remote areas not serviced by our normal courier we will have to deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest accessible town to you.

Can I collect my order?
If you live in Pietermaritzburg and would like to collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please select the "I will collect" option on the checkout page. As soon as our team have packed your order we will send you an email to let you know that it's is ready for collection.

Can I buy from your physical stores?
We are an online store and do not have physical retail stores. Our offices are in Pietermaritzburg. This website is our store and we deliver throughout South Africa.

Do I need to Create an Account?
You can make a purchase without creating an account. Creating an account will allow faster checkout, the ability to store your delivery and billing details and enable you to track your orders, view your order history and write product reviews. Create an account.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, we know this is worry for some folk, especially first-timers. But, all we can say is yes, they're safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page (your address bar will appear green) and no credit card details are stored.

What do I do if I don't receive my package?

Relax, breathe, and then kindly call us. We'll do our best not to panic, and then work out what went wrong and sort it out. We'll probably be more cut up about it than you, so go easy on us.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yep. 3 months minimum warranty on all goods. Please note that terms and conditions apply. If you have any questions just send us a mail.

What if it's broken?

Before you call us (or the cops) stop and consider that you might be doing something wrong. Yes, we know you think the product is faulty, but statistically it is unlikely. Read the manual. Google it. Try to call the manufacturer and ask if they know. If all else fails, please visit our returns page..

What if you send me the wrong thing?

That never happens. Jokes. We are humans, not machines. If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, or have misrepresented the offering with an incorrect picture or description - we'll humbly accept we've slipped up and resolve the situation speedily with a replacement or full refund. How do I return my purchase?

Instead of having to fill in a boring paper based returns form, you can now log into and complete the returns form online. Please see our returns page for complete instructions on how to return your purchased item.

Item I want is out of stock. What now?

Instead of taking your money and then sending you the item later, we've made this easy. Follow these instructions: Go to the page of the item which is out of stock. On the product details area, click the "NOTIFY ME when available" tab. Enter your details and we'll notify you as soon as we have it in stock.

What is PayD?

PayD is a the new way of shopping on the web using your PIN-based Maestro or VISA Electron debit card and mobile phone! Recognised as a standard method of payment across South Africa, payD is leading the way with its AMT (Authenticated Mobile Transaction) technology, turning your mobile phone into a secure* pay point device.

The payD system is all about simplicity, convenience and security. Registration is automatic (the first time you use payD, your PIN-based debit card is safely linked to your MTN or Vodacom SIM card). Your details are then securely encrypted, which means that all you’ll need for future transactions is your mobile phone and your card PIN.

payD meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is accepted as a standard method of payment in South Africa.

What banks and mobile networks are supported by the PayD system?

To use the PayD service you will require:

Why are your prices so good? Are your prices correct?

Our prices are indeed correct. We are able to offer wholesale prices on majority of our products because we buy and import directly from manufacturing factories and cut out all middle men.


I bank with Capitec and want to use Instant EFT. What now?

Capitec bankers can use instant EFT. However, please choose and pay to Absa bank as it is the most compatible bank for payments from Capitec Bank for Instant EFT or simply choose bank deposit method and pay via EFT.
